Power Plant Gujarat, Turbine Renovations, Material Handling System, Turbine Spare Parts, Crusher India, Power Plant India Company was established in the year 1978 with a view of develop ancillary industry to serve the needs of power generation.  The company was established with three working partners and is still in the ame form, with rich experience and successful projects to establish our competence in Power generation and Material Handling Systems.

We are into the manufacturing process of new Turbine starting with few KWs to few MWs designed as per The requirement of client, considering most suited economics in engineering,economical and environmental aspect.

We have strived hard to achieve good designing, engineering and quality of workmanship to the satisfaction of out clients. In appreciation, our company has always been trusted with repeated orders from clients. This has led to the growing of our client list without any advertisement.


The company has taken up many import substitute work in the field of turbine repairs for Gujarat Electricity Board. One of such project was to renovate 3.6MWS radial flow STALL Turbines at Kandla Power station. The T/G sets were unserviceable and were to send to parent company in Sweden for major repairs involving complete Stream chest Labyrinth replacement, Turbine inter stage sealing with disc replacements, expansions rings, and retaining rings. The nature of the work was of very delicate nature with very close tolerances the design of the turbine is one of the most intricate one as the turbine rotors fit into each other and rotate in opposite directions. The repairs/replacements were carried out at our works and re commissioned by us.

At Gandhinagar power station we had designed and executed several new items to improve upon quality and down time for 120MWS T/G sets. One of the innovative work was of reaming of coupling holes of H.P./I.P., I.P/L.P., at site to a close tolerance. A machine was designed, manufactured specially made at our works to carryout the work. This was normally done by hand till then, time taken to ream ten holes was 15 to 20 days with no accuracy on the direction of axis of the hole. We did the work in 6-7 working days correcting all the errors of hand reaming done earlier.

Critical parts such as Barring Gears for 120MWS sets were made without any drawings and material specifications given to us. Bowl Mill bearing housing were made out of centrifugally cast technology which enhanced the normal life to three times.

We had designed, manufactured, supplied, erected and commissioned special Traversing chute to eliminate segregation of coal lumps for Thermax Spreader Stoker Boilers for their Boilers at DCW Ltd. And GHCL Veravcal plant. These chutes work for 24 hrs duty, 365 days a year.

At Uttarn TPS., we were called during Overhauling of the sets to inspect and guide them to improve upon their steam consumption of a BTH 7.5MWS T/G Set. After checking and doing required corrections, the set was run up, and a 25% reduction of steam consumption was achieved. Many such critical jobs are done at various GEB installations.

A 15MWS Power Station at Jabalpur was dismantled by us. The station had 3X4MWS CA Parsons T/G Sets, 1X2MWS GEC and 1X1MW CA Parsons T/G Sets. The sets were completely dismantled with out cutting a single Bolt or Nut, match marked, packed as per good engineering practice for long transportation, transported to Mithapur in Gujarat. These T/G Sets are now taken by J.K. Power at Chittorgath on our advice and are running there since 1996 on almost full capacity.

Turnkey Projects of fuel and Ash Handling Systems are done for numbers of installations all over India for both Stoker fiered Boilers and FBC fires Boilers. Prominent among them are 40/50TPH Fuel and Ash handling system for Stoker fired boilers at DCW Ltd. Dhrangadhra, repeat order for same party for -10mm FBC Boiler. The plant consisted of conveyors, Vibro-feeders, Primary, Secondary Screens, Crushers, on line Tipper Trolley to fill the Bunkers evenly, interlocking and safety devices. The Ash Handling System for the boilers was of Submerged Conveyor. The plant was commissioned in 1990 and working till date with least amount of spares.

At Saurashtra Chemicals Porbandar, a first Fuel Handling Plant of -6mm TPH was designed Manufactured, erected, commissioned by us. Repeat order for the second plant of -6mm. 80TPH. Was also carried out by us. Here the plant consisted of Conveyors, Vibro Feeders, Magnetic separators, Primary, Secondary Crushers, Screens.

At our Machine shop, we are capable of producing any part or complete machine required in power Generation. This includes complete engineering for specified duty of the Plant as required by client. We require only the input and output data from the client to execute the job. Our policy is to have no compromise on the quality, quantity of our work at the most competitive price. We believe in simple, effective marketing and project our services without indulging in lucrative projections to lure clients.
